I ordered a jacket for my dad, that could not be delivered for weeks because of the post office strike, Tommy called me many times to apologize and to try to deliver it somehow. He first had to find my jacket that was lost in the post because of the strike and then he found a different way if delivering it. His service and approach was very personal, it felt like I was getting help from a friend rather than a company, what an amazing guy, I received the jacket at the end what would be absolutely impossible without him, Thank you Tommy
