I reviewed on Google but maybe copying it here will make a difference.
Update: a winter later, now the arm joint is ripped. Who thought a single stitch for a joint piece was a good idea? Maybe I can use this new hole to add more insulation 🙄 Absolutely disgusted by the poor craftsmanship for the price. Should have bought something not made in Canada. I used tape to rip off the deteriorating leatherette, by the way.
Paid $1000 total for what I thought was a quality winter coat from a Canadian company. The only quality is in the fur and outer shell. My sleeves don't have enough insulation so my arms are always cold (especially when the wind blows), and now after the first year the leatherette trim is falling apart. Leatherette is way too poor quality to be on a winter coat of this price, especially when it's put on parts that experience heavy use like pocket trims and neck zips. I have genuine leather jackets of both cow skin and lamb skin that I've never had to maintain and they look and feel brand new after a decade. I've contacted this company throughout the years and haven't had any response. It's been 4 years.
