Shoddy Craftsmanship for the Price

I reviewed on Google but maybe copying it here will make a difference.

Update: a winter later, now the arm joint is ripped. Who thought a single stitch for a joint piece was a good idea? Maybe I can use this new hole to add more insulation 🙄 Absolutely disgusted by the poor craftsmanship for the price. Should have bought something not made in Canada. I used tape to rip off the deteriorating leatherette, by the way.

Paid $1000 total for what I thought was a quality winter coat from a Canadian company. The only quality is in the fur and outer shell. My sleeves don't have enough insulation so my arms are always cold (especially when the wind blows), and now after the first year the leatherette trim is falling apart. Leatherette is way too poor quality to be on a winter coat of this price, especially when it's put on parts that experience heavy use like pocket trims and neck zips. I have genuine leather jackets of both cow skin and lamb skin that I've never had to maintain and they look and feel brand new after a decade. I've contacted this company throughout the years and haven't had any response. It's been 4 years.

Wrong fur

Ordered coat in May, arrived about 3 weeks later with the wrong fur. Still waiting for the correct one from company. It's been over a month already. Not happy about that. It's an expensive coat, saved up to buy it and still don't have it in my possession :(

Disappointed

When I bought this parka I was really happy with it. It is very warm and extremely comfortable. However after 2 winters, the leather details started to rip off. And the fur started falling off. Right now there is only a little left of the long fur. It doesn’t look nice anymore.
I contacted customer service and they asked me to return to them and they would fix at no charge. However the fur I would have to pay $350 to have it replaced. I’m extremely disappointed as I don’t think furs should fall off like that. I have other coats with furs which are much older than this one and they look like new. And it is even worse bc on this jacket I cannot remove the hood or the fur in case I don’t want to use it bc it does not look good
Now I really don’t know what to do. If I replace the fur and this happens again, there it goes $350. Half of the price of the jacket.
Unfortunately I will not be buying from them anymore.

Go Canada

I just received my 2nd Canadian Wolf parka in 3 years. My first parka still looks like new and I get lots of compliments! This time I went for a longer length, I love it!
I believe in buying Canadian products. The quality and designs shines through.

Love this parka!

I was a bit nervous when I purchased this parka without trying it on or seeing it, but trust me... it was worth it. Sizing charts were accurate and the quality is great. The fact that it's made in Canada under humane and ethical conditions was a big selling feature. I've had it about a month now. I've worn it out to dinner and also to work outside in -25 windy conditions. It's both gorgeous and extremely warm, a practical and beautiful piece. Was it expensive? Yeah a bit (if you're an average middle class Canadian like me), but I invested in this great parka and am fully anticipating getting many years of use from it.
